if you allow the negative, or the limiting choices to be equally as valid as the positive choices,

than you have diffused them,

you have taken the energy out of them,

you have made it possible to choose what you prefer

by validating all the choices.

it’s only when you invalidate things, that they push back,

because there is nowhere to push them away to…

there is

no outside.

if you push against something

it has to bounce back, it has to spring back, it has to magnify, it has to amplify.

if you stop pushing against the idea of the dark,

you just let it rest,

just let it be.

you will be able to choose whatever you prefer,

because you’re not invalidating any other choice

it’s easy to move something in a new direction.
